By allowing yourself to completely relax and trust our experienced therapists, you can close your eyes and empower the water to guide you through a profoundly therapeutic session.   1 session per person each day for 3 days.

      Chris is the creator of Floasis, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Upledger Craniosacral Therapist who specializes in Medical Pain Relief Manual Therapy, CST, Water Work, and Pediatrics, offering powerful changes in restrictive patterns in the body. His work is part of the transformative experiences featured at our retreats for those seeking relief and rejuvenation.

      Cameo holds a B.S. in Health Science and has 15 years of experience in Bodywork, including CST, Water Work, Thai Massage, and Yoga Instruction. She is dedicated to facilitating powerful changes in recipients of her work, and currently serves on Florida's Community Crisis Response Team post-emergency disaster, where she helps victims of natural disasters with CST.

      Erik is a formally Moroccan trained Chef who opened a local vegetable-forward restaurant in Sarasota. He has a passion for capturing the essence of Intentional Food. By working with a local farm from harvest to plate, he ensures fresh ingredients for his dishes. Erik also offers Private Pop-Up events and private catering classes.
